War in my mind

I'm gonna spent my entire day in bed tomorrow.

Not going to eat. 

Not gonna talk to people.

Just want to be alone and rest.

I'm so tired of this war in my mind.

Everyday is a struggle.

Everyday I feel like a fat worthless failure.

Is it ever going to end?
